Return & Refund Policy
If any item is not what you want, then just contact us within 10 days of receipt using the form below.

We will give a partial refund, without shipping and packing charges, or a swap, if items are returned within 7 working days of receipt. We can refund the cost of the order minus the shipping and packing fee charged after 7 working days. You will bear the expense of returning the goods.
In order for a refund to be issued, the customer has a duty of care during the cancellation time for the goods.

When returning items, please receive evidence of postage, which can be accomplished in the form of a receipt that will be given to you at the nearest post office on request. In the case that an object is misplaced on its way back to us, evidence of postage would be required in order to obtain a refund. (Unless the object is damaged/faulty), this shipping cost is not reimbursed.
Goods Damaged/Faulty

After receipt, please check your items. If damaged/faulty products arrive, please let us know within 7 days and plan to give them back to us.

These direct postage charges will be reimbursed by us. If you do not tell us within 7 days, we will not be responsible for goods that are claimed to be faulty or defective on arrival.
